Five steps and Maintain Success
The therapy process is designed as five steps with five sets of therapy sounds, instead of just one step. This simplifies implementation for the human handler. Then you seamlessly enter the ongoing Maintain Success future program which ensures ongoing success for the cat.
The steps are implemented in exactly the same way. The only difference is that the audio files provided are pre-set to the right volume level for the step: From very, very low in Step 1 and to the full volume in Step 5. Four programs for different needs

Other Options for Indoor Cats
Other options are the Advanced program, Full Care program, and Basic program.
If the situations that your indoor cat finds it in is quite complex and noisy, then you might consider the Advanced program.
The Full Care program is mainly meant for riding horses that need the most extensive habituation, and for specially trained service dogs. It is really unnecessary for indoor cats, but it will do no harm if you want to.
The Basic program is also an option. This is a solid foundational program that features a similar number of therapy sounds as most noise phobia therapy solutions that have been available previously. However, the higher programs offer potentially better protection with a greater number of sounds, and also with several features that are not in the Basic program.
