More Program
The More program offers a considerably greater selection than the Basic program, and also offers the possibility of choosing individual sounds to play, as well as creating your own custom playlist. The More program is quite extensive.
When it comes to the number of therapy sounds, the More program is around 1.5 times more extensive than the typical noise phobia therapy solutions that have been available before. The program also included counter conditioning sounds that other programs have not offered.
Who is it recommended for: Pets in relatively quieter and less intensive places, who don't go much outdoors or are not in very noisy places, and interact less with their wider environment. This could be indoor cats, the small mammals of rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters, pet birds in cages indoors, and many exotic pets.
The More program has an added emphasis on indoor sounds, proportionally in the sounds collection, compared to the other programs.
If they go much outside, or are in places with relatively intensive and varied soundscapes, then the Advanced program could be advisable.
Other options are the Advanced program and Full Care program, and Basic program.
Note that the Horses and Outdoor Cats solutions have slightly different number of sounds, see sounds lists below if needed.

Dogs, outdoor cats, indoor cats, horses, pet birds, small mammals, exotic pets, various types of pets.
(Small mammals include rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters. Exotic pets include chinchilla, degu, fancy mice, fancy rats, fennec fox, ferret, gerbils, hedgehog, sugarglider and pot-bellied pig. Various types of pets are any pet types combination excluding horses.)

Self service
WeStopFear is basically a self-serve-platform, where the users easily find instructions and tools at their fingertips.
Instructions that explain the therapy process are very comprehensive, in both texts and video. The main approach is that users should learn from the instructions to get answer to their questions. This is just like if they had purchased a CD disc or downloaded MP3 audio files, where the user refers to the brochure. Programs: Basic, More, Advanced and Full Care.
Submit suggestions
If the user believes that something is missing from the solution or from instructions, then the user can submit suggestions on what may be improved, and added to the solution. This will be investigated, and if the suggestion is deemed valid, then the item will be added to the instructions and solutions. Programs: Basic, More, Advanced and Full Care.
Premium: Support tickets, direct questions answered - upgrade
This is an upgrade option for those who want to be able to submit questions directly regarding their ongoing therapy process, and get answers from WeStopFear.
Included: Founding Members
Support tickets and getting answers to questions about your therapy process is included for free for one year for founding members of WeStopFear, for More, Advanced and Full Care members. Support tickets will be a paid upgrade later on.
The user will receive an answer usually within 24 hours on office days, and even during weekends if situation allows.
