Streaming audio through an Internet connection

If you have an Internet connected audio device, then you can stream the audio from here.

Click the top player button for the Volume Anchor piano tune, to set the volume level on your audio device.

Click the middle player button to play the therapy sounds and Natural Intervals in random order.

Click the bottom player and choose the therapy sound you want to play.

Volume Anchor Piano Tune

If you haven’t written down the volume setting on your audio device, use the Volume Anchor to find the setting. Play the piano tune so that it is at a comfortable listening level. That is the correct volume setting on the audio device, in today’s location, wherever that is.

Click the play button to play the piano tune and set the volume level:

Step 1  – Play Full Set On Random

This player plays the sounds and silent Natural Intervals in random order (shuffle). Suggested length of session is 90 minutes. Then the player should have played most of the sounds. If not, then it will even out in subsequent sessions. Just hit the play button, and then go and do whatever you like, while noticing your dog’s reactions. Apart from that, WeStopFear does not require any work from you. If the playing is completely silent in the beginning, that is simply because the random player has chosen a silent Natural Interval as the first track.

ATTENTION:

The sounds are supposed to be at an extremely low volume in Step 1.

This means that the therapy sounds are like a low whisper. It should be that way in the beginning, in Step 1. You should not hear the sounds “loud and clear”.

Click the play button to play the therapy sounds set on random:

Step 1 Track List – Choose Your Track?

The playing button above chooses the sounds randomly. If you want to focus on a specific sound or sounds, you can choose them here from this player.

Track 1 is the Volume Anchor piano tune (the single play button above) and is not included below.

Finished?

Has your dog become used to the sounds at the very low volume level of Step 1, and is relaxed and indifferent, in all the places where you have been playing?

Click here to go to the
Step 1 evaluation

You will proceed to Step 2 from there.

How to: If you feel that you need to lower  the volume at the start of Step #1

If you feel that the sound volume is a bit too high at this volume setting, you can easily lower the volume as much as you like here at Step 1, from the volume level settings you determined for the audio device you are using, in the place where you are playing. As the sound is very low, it is not often that that is necessary. (The parameters for other steps are different).
