Who is it recommended for: Pets in relatively quieter and less intensive places, who don't go much outdoors or are not in very noisy places, and interact less with their wider environment. This could be indoor cats, the small mammals of rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters, pet birds in cages indoors, and many exotic pets.
The More program has an added emphasis on indoor sounds, proportionally in the sounds collection, compared to the other programs.
The More program is quite extensive. When it comes to the number of therapy sounds, the More program is around 1.5 times more extensive than the typical noise phobia therapy solutions that have been available before. The program also included counter conditioning sounds that other programs have not offered.
If your pets go much outside, or are in places with relatively intensive and varied soundscapes, then the Advanced program could be advisable.
Another option is the Full Care program, which is for very intense environments and elevated needs for extensive noise tolerance. It is mainly suited for horses/riders, and specially trained service dogs.
Note that the Horses and Outdoor Cats solutions have slightly different number of sounds, see sounds lists below if needed.

WeStopFear is basically a self-serve-platform, where the members easily find instructions and tools at their fingertips.
The subscription fee for the self service programs is kept very low, and is for those who want to figure the things out themselves, and don't want to pay for direct support which is time consuming and people-intensive and thus expensive to offer.
Instructions that explain the therapy process are very comprehensive in both texts and video, and customized for each animal type in each solution. The main approach is that members will learn from the instructions to get answer to their questions. This is just like if they had purchased a CD disc or downloaded MP3 audio files, where the user refers to the brochure.
If a member believes something is missing from instructions, could be improved or needs to be fixed, then members can submit suggestions on that. The suggestion will be investigated, and if the suggestion is deemed valid, then the item will be added to the instructions and solutions.
Premium upgrade: Support tickets, personal answers to questions from the developer
This is an upgrade option for those who want to be able to submit questions directly regarding their ongoing therapy process. You will be answered by the developer of WeStopFear directly (not A.I., not third-party service reps).
The premium member will receive an answer to their requests usually within 24 hours on office days, and even during weekends if situation allows.
Under evaluation: This arrangement of the customer support levels of the different programs may change.
Downloads
Do you want to have the audio MP3 files to play on an MP3 audio player that is not online or burn your own CDs? Do you want to play MP4 video files (the video therapy) not streaming from the Internet?
Downloads are included in the Premium options. Downloads are an additional upgrade for a one-time fee, with the Basic Self-service program options. Upgrade on the payment page, by clicking the applicable box if you want downloads. You can also order download upgrade later.
Sound files that belong to a particular step (of the five steps) are available for download in that step. Sound files for all steps are not all available at the same time.
